John 15: 4
Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; so neither can ye, except ye abide in me.
Reflection
John 15:4 reminds us that Jesus is not just someone we follow He is the very source of our life. Just as a branch cannot survive apart from the vine, we cannot grow, love, or bear lasting fruit apart from Him. This verse calls us to stop relying on our own strength and instead to remain in Jesus, trusting that when we stay close to Him, He will produce good fruit in and through us.
