Reflection
Mark 2:27 reminds us that God’s rules are meant to help us, not weigh us down. The Sabbath is a gift a day to rest, recharge, and connect with God. Jesus shows that people come first, and compassion matters more than rigid rules. How do routines or rules support life and growth and where might they become a burden?
