Proverbs 27Boast not thyself of to-morrow;

Faithful are the wounds of a friend;
The full soul loatheth a honeycomb;

As in water face answereth to face,
Sheol and Abaddon are never satisfied;
The refining pot is for silver, and the furnace for gold;
Though thou shouldest bray a fool in a mortar with a pestle along with bruised grain,
Be thou diligent to know the state of thy flocks,

The hay is carried, and the tender grass showeth itself,
The lambs are for thy clothing,
And there will be goatsβ milk enough for thy food, for the food of thy household,
